STRICHKA (from Ukrainian «ribbon») – a project in which traditions are reimagined through modern design, revealing the depth of Ukrainian culture.
Native traditions — a new look. The concept begins with its cuisine – contemporary Ukrainian dishes inspired by history, crafted with local ingredients. Each plate tells a story, blending heritage with a modern touch.
These ideas are reflected in the interior, where every detail has meaning. Decorative tiles and ceramic plates with unique meadow flower imprints were handmade exclusively for STRICHKA by local artisans. These custom pieces symbolize the connection between culture and nature while giving the space an unmistakable character.
Textured walls, inspired by traditional Ukrainian clay huts, ground the design in architectural heritage, while bespoke furniture and decor, made by regional masters, unify the space like a ribbon. Authentic Opishnia ceramics and Tripillian-era jugs add a sense of timeless artistry, and floral arrangements of wildflowers fill the air with natural warmth and aroma.
STRICHKA embodies the layers of Ukrainian culture, blending nature, craftsmanship and traditions into a fresh, contemporary experience.
